Any potential tenant interested in a property available must call ahead to schedule a viewing. Showings are done during business hours Monday to Friday 10AM-4PM and Saturdays 10am to 3PM. If you have any questions, just reach out and we’ll be happy to give your further details.

Management Fees

We pride ourselves in offering one of the lowest if not the lowest management fees around. We charge a flat percentage of the rent every month with no hidden fees. So clients can have peace of mind knowing the fees will remain the same every month. We have no advertising fees, no extended vacancy fees, no Leasing fees. That means when we first move a tenant in, the majority of the move in cost goes to the owners pocket, all we keep is our percentage for management fee.

We have a team of venders that are ready to help with any repairs needed. We have a couple of Handymen for lower price repairs and small projects. We work with garage door installer, window company, locksmith, Landscaper, Concrete Finisher, Painter and Cleaner we have a licensed Electrician and Plumber who offer excellent work. We also work closely with licensed contractor and roofer for larger projects. So what ever the maintenance need is, chances are we have someone to help. We charge no additional fees to use our team so what ever they charge per job is what owners will pay, we have no finder fees or any other fees associated with any maintenance work that is needed.
