Renter’s Guide

Tatham Property Mgmt is a trusted resource for all types of rentals including Single Family Homes, Apartments, and Commercial. 

Qualifications to rent are the following

• Must provide valid I.D.

• Must provide proof of Income of at least 2.5 times the amount of rent for apartments and 3 times for houses.

• Acceptable proof of income are as followed. Copies of at least 2 of the most recent paystubs if paid bi-weekly or 4 if paid weekly. Bank statements showing direct deposits for one month or tax returns.

• Pay a $30 credit check fee per adult. Anyone over the age of 18 planning to live in the property must do a credit check.

• Good credit and no evictions are a must.

• If approved must leave a holding deposit of $500 for apartments and $1000 for houses. If no holding deposit is received we will continue to accept applications from other interested parties.

• Good rental references from either current or previous Landlord.

Failure to provide any of the information mentioned above, Bad References, Bad credit or Evictions will result in denial of application. ​
